There is no appraisal and no down payment required - and terms can be up to 20 years... all of which can make your payments extremely affordable.
Plus, the financing can cover up to 120% of the contract amount, which means you can also include other projects into your loan (for example, combining a $50,000 siding project with a $15,000 tile project into one loan).
There is no prepayment fee, and once the paperwork is completed, funding typically takes about 2 weeks.
